Trail closed in Bernhards Bay??!!

i realize this area isnt the Trailblazers but i recently heard thet the trail that runs from the RR bed in Bernhards Bay to Panther lake has been shut down due to some people on atvs trespassing and vandalizing landowner property. This would be in the Constantia trail club system...i think its called the Vanderbilt club? Does anyone know if this is true? thanks!
